This is a Clean Desert Bumper that does not have hidden surprises Like Cancer.  Dent/Scratches/Damage can be easily straightened and removed at the Chrome shop or body work it yourself and paint it.  Your choice once you purchase it.
Shipping can be quoted, Greyhound bus system costs around 0.00-170.00 to ship it across country.  Local pick up is welcomed also, even if you needed us to meet you in a nearby city.
