This is the lower only - no top cap
No hardware included
Bumper face bar only no hardware included
Condition is used original
Good core for restoration
As it’s almost 42 years old it has plenty of imperfections such as oxidation, scratches, chrome loss etc
Being offered as a core for restoration- review all photos and decide for yourself to use as is for a period correct application
