After you purchase this service, we will send you instructions to ship your MacBook, and a form to fill and print. Include this form on the box you will send to us. "We received your package".

Print the form or write a note including your information and attach inside the box that you are going to mail-in. Send us the tracking number to follow up your Device.

Once we get your device you will get an automatic email "We received your package". And we run diagnostic on your MacBook and start working with it ASAP.
Once the repairs are completed, we will run APPLE TEST to check everything is working fine with your device.

Your MacBook will be shipped back to you after payment received. You'll get a tracking number to check the way back home.
We offer 2-5 day turnaround time for initial diagnostics, which checks for problems and possibly even repair the problem. Please note: Some jobs will require more labor and can take up to 2 weeks to complete. 24-48 Hour priority service is also available upon request. We cannot warranty the repair if it was incorrectly installed or damaged during installation.
