    Description

Antique from the Art Deco Period Large unsigned Loetz, Clear glass swan bowl with red beak and eyes.
This rare antique Swan bowl has applied wings as well as applied neck which terminates in a clear glass head with applied ruby glass beak and eyes.
It is attributed to Marie Kirschner and it was created between 1910 and 1920.
The bottom is polished and unsigned.
Condition is excellent except for a lot of scratches on the base, evidence of its display and its moving around on a  glass shelf for at least 100 years.
    Measurements are 10" long X 8 1/2" high X 5" wide.
Please note that this auction is only for this swan bowl which is the largest out of the three that we show in our last picture.
The other two smaller Loetz swan bowls will be sold each one separately at two different auctions.
Based on our research we found out that these glass Loetz swan bowls were produced in large amounts mainly in 1910-1920 around 450 pieces, in various sizes but very few survived.
