THE UPPER PORTION IS EMBELLISHED WITH A KNOPPED TAPERING CHUTE AND ENDING WITH A LARGE GUIDON FLAG DESIGN.
THE SPICE COMPARTMENT HAS FOUR STERLING SILVER FLAGS, AND FOUR BELLS. Hinged functioning door
