This service is available for most Apple products with M1 Silicon Chip ONLY.
The service is for the infamous MDM - DEP Enrollment Profile ( Macintosh Locked on the Company's Profile and pushed ) on your MacBook Air, MacBook Pro or Mac mini (2020 AND 2021 with M1 Silicon Chip ONLY )
Did you purchase a machine somewhere and you found out while reinstalling/recovering the operating system that you are stuck on the Activation MDM - DEP lock? Or you can access your desktop but each time you connect the machine the profile will erase or block your machine? Do not connect to internet and turn off the machine and send it to WarriorMac®™.
WarriorMac® L.L.C is not responsible for any data loss. If you still have access to your HD then do a back up. If not then your Macintosh will have to be reformated anyway.
We will return your repaired product to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information / Returns
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a message through eBay on how to proceed. You will need to ship your machine to WarriorMac®™.
Once we receive your machine it will be serviced and permanently unlock, we will then return your repaired machine to you with the updated tracking number.
FedEx® and USPS® are the carriers we do use.
Please use a sturdy or your original box, bubble wrap your machine and purchase the insurance for it as WarriorMac®™ L.L.C will not endorse any damages during the transit.
**** Do not send any charger or case with your machine.
Returns:
ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we will NOT refund the shipping charges.
The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30% depending on the return.
You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restocking fee will apply to your order.
** Disclaimer: Paypal no longer refunds seller fees when we have to cancel orders. We will no longer accept cancellations. Please ENSURE that your SHIPPING address is correct because that cannot be changed without cancelling your order. ****  Additional info: If your item does not arrive in the condition stated, or has hardware related issues within the first 60 days, you will be eligible to receive a replacement or refund under the WarriorMac Warranty. If your item was physically damaged while in your possession, this warranty is void.

Q) Do I need to ship my computer to you?
A) Yes you need to ship your machine as it involves a very complicated process that can only be achieved on site.
Q) How long will it take to unlock my machine?
A) Depending on the volume we have, but it usually takes no more than 24h.
Q) Do you offer SCBO Files?
A) No we don't.
Q) What's the lowest price you can do?
A) There isn't any lowest price that we can do. R&D has cost and nothing is free in this world.
Q) After you unlock the machine, will it be permanent? Can someone block my machine again?
A) No after the locks are removed no one can block the machine again. It is then, permanent.
Q) Do you need to erase my hard drive?
A) Yes it is mandatory and we are in no way responsible for any data loss. You will receive your machine unlocked and a fresh install of the latest operating system available for your machine.
Q) Can you install software such as Microsoft Office or Adobe Photoshop etc etc?
A) No this is not part of the service we are providing.
Q) How long does the service take?
A) It usually takes couple hours to 24hs to service your machine
