After you purchase this repair service, we will send you the shipping info via eBay message. You will ship the laptop to us at your cost. Once the problem is fixed, laptop will be shipped back to you at our cost.
**This service covers the repair of the logic board only, it does not cover, bad hard drive, display, keyboard, or other parts not on the logic board.

**There is a 10 day handling time to cover you shipping your laptop to us. Then the repair time and shipping it back to you. Once we receive your laptop it usually takes 2 to 5 business days to repair your unit unless additional parts are needed.

**If by some chance you have any issues with our repair upon receiving your laptop or during the warranty period, please, DO NOT open a case or a return, just send us an eBay message and we will happily assist you with the problem.
