Authentic Antique Japanese Samurai Armor Yoroi 1800s With Armor Box Kabuto Menpo

Up for sale is an incredible set of armor. This is authentic samurai armor. I believe dates to the Edo period, probably later Edo, so around the 1800s. Has a family crest on the chest dou, and looks to have been originally painted gold. Most of that has long since faded, except the helmet which I think was done in a gold leaf? Its still very vibrant. The helmet and cheek armor are iron, and then the chest is lacquered iron. All pieces are authentic and old. And perhaps battle used! There is rust present in places. It is over 200 years old, but in great shape for its age. If you have any questions or need more photos just let me know! The box for the Armor is included. The Armor stand is not included! This is a great piece of history, and hate to see it go, but right now I've got more sets than I can display!
