The solid wood cabinet has been sanded and repainted (with the finest chalk paints)  in gorgeous shades of ocean blue.  It has been distressed and aged for feelings of depth and antiquity.  The paint is sealed with wax for a soft and smooth finish.  You will also see gold gilding all along the edges, light touches of bling in all the right places.
TheTop of the cabinet has a beautiful curved shape accented with a faux key hole, hand molded and highlighted in gold.
The large door offers a heart warming view through the wire mesh to  a lovely beach scene.  It opens with the painted knob, accented by the dangling charms, a golden shell and beach glass colored bead.  Inside is a chamber papered on all 3 sides, breathtaking view.  The floor is lined with sand colored fabric, very soft to the touch.  The shelf below is painted a shade darker to compliment the colorings above.  It stays shut with the square wooden piece, so charming and rustic.
Two drawers sit below the door, each painted to match the blue and highlighted with gold interiors.  Nice sparkle and beauty inside.
The back the curio is painted just like the other sides so you can feel confident placing it in front of a mirror, maybe on a bureau or a shelf.  It has hardware attached so it is ready to hang.
You will be receiving the two smaller seashells and the sand dollar pictured on the shelves,  ( and the dangling charms on the knob.)
