    Description

This is a genuine tooth from the prehistoric carnivore CAVE BEAR.  It measures approx. 1 3/4 inches in length and comes with a nice informational label and glass-topped display box.     The cave bear (Ursus spelaeus) was a species of bear that lived in Europe during the Pleistocene and became extinct at the beginning of the Last Glacial Maximum about 24,000 years ago.
These cave bear fossils are becoming much more difficult to find and we may not be able to get any more in the future so don't miss out!
