HOW THE SERVICE WORKS:
You use the "Buy It Now" option for .99 - Which is Your Return Shipping (May Vary on Desktops)
Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to ship your system to us for repair.
Once we receive your system, you will be notified.
Diagnostic begins that doesn’t take more the 24 to 48 hours. One of our trained and skilled technicians will find the cause of your system problem and identify what steps are needed for the repair.
You are then contacted with Diagnostic Results and the price to repair your system and the time frame for the repair to be completed. We will Invoice you the cost of the repair at this time. Once we receive your payment, your repairs will be carried out.
Now your system has been repaired and ready for shipping. At this step, you are given a tracking number so you can monitor your system as it is being shipped back to you. Remember you may contact us at any time with questions.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

After receiving your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to ship your system to us for repair. If you do not receive the instructions within 24 hours then please contact us.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
:
There may be times where the problem is not related then just one issue. In the event that your system has a different problems, we will contact you and notify you for the necessary repairs. If you choose not to continue the repair, then your system will be shipped back (plus any additional return shipping costs).
Please include your charger with your laptop (Also if your desktop computer uses a special power cable). To ensure the best possible repairs, we would prefer to test your system with the adapter you use most often.
Please include a printout of eBay checkout page with your package.
Shipping:
All items are shipped. Local Pickups must be arranged with us beforehand.
Item will be shipped by USPS only in the USA.
Please pack the device well as we will do the same on the return shipping.
It will be your responsibility to safely ship the laptop to the address we provide you after your purchase.
This is a mail-in service for a laptop fan replacement. We recommend USPS Priority Mail shipping as it is insured and the fastest way to send it. We don't need the original box or anything else except for the Laptop & Charger. We don't require the system to be insured; however, We won't be responsible for damage or lost incurred during shipping. By making the purchase you agree to the terms set forth above.

Limited Warranty:
