Disney Toontown CHIP and DALE TREE House, Christmas Village Light Up. Condition is "Used". Item is in good condition. There is one brown round fence knob decor missing “see pictures “. The lights work, however the on/off switch is a bit loose and turns off the lights if you shake it, however The lights to stay on with no issues. Item is clean and comes with original styrofoam packaging. Item measures about 9” tall and just under 5.5” wide & in depth.
