Disney's Catalog Vintage A Christmas Carol, Fezzywig Tea Co. Building

Description

A Christmas Carol, a Fezzywig Tea Co. Company (one of a 4 piece building set), I either purchased it at Disneyland or via the catalog and also I don't recall when I purchased it but it has been stored in my smoke free home for many years.  There is NO "Disney" stamp on the building.
I never displayed it and took it out for the first time to take pictures.
The building is 7.5" tall from the top of the chimney, 6.5" long and 6" wide.
