Disney's Catalog Vintage A Christmas Carol, Foxmoor Cottage

A Christmas Carol, The Foxmoor Cottage  (one of a 4 piece building set), I either purchased it at Disneyland or via the catalog and also I don't recall when I purchased it but it has been stored in my smoke free home for many years.  There is NO "Disney" stamp on the building.
I never displayed it and taking pictures is the first time it has been out of the box.  The box shows was wear because I had it stored on a shelf in my garage.
The building is 5" tall from the top of the chimney, 7" long wide and 5.5" wide.
I'm downsizing my collection, thank you and take care.
