Disney's Catalog Vintage A Christmas Carol, Scrooge and Marley's Counting House

A Christmas Carol Scrooge and Marley's Counting House (one of a 4 piece building set), I either purchased it at Disneyland or via the catalog and I don't recall when I purchased it.  There is NO "Disney" stamp on the building.  The box shows some wear because I had it stored on a shelf in my garage.
NOTE
: The building is in great condition but as I was putting it away after taking pictures, the Scrooge and Marley sign broke off, so I glued it back on.
The sign over the door says "Counting House" and there's another sign on the edge and goes around the building which says "Humbug Ln" and "SkinFlint Ave".
The building is 7.5" tall from the top of the chimney, 5.5" wide and 6.5" long.
I'm downsizing my collection, thank you and take care.
