    Description

    This super cool Day of the Dead cross would be a great addition on it's own or a cross wall. 10.5" by 6-1/4" wide and 1-1/4" thickness at it's largest point.
    Each cross is made by Kathy Toya and Rebecca Shelly at our Jeweled Crosses Studio in New Mexico, USA.  Each cross has it's own unique name and is signed by both Kathy and Rebecca.
    The jeweled crosses we make are a mixed media wall art form made from vintage and modern jewelry, but can also include up-cycled treasures such as ornaments, belt buckles, a sardine can, bottle caps and more. Each cross is one of a kind, no two are exactly the same. We start with a painted wood base and proceed to hand layer the jewelry and recycled treasures one piece at a time. The up-cycled items are mounted on wood with a drilled keyhole for hanging on the wall or in a frame or shadow box.
