    Description

    Up for sale is one Hewlett Packard 16493C, 3m / 10ft long, three-slot, low noise triaxial cable. These cables are used for semiconductor parametric analyzers like the 4155A/B or 4156A/B, source measure units (SMUs) such as the 4142B and related test equipment produced by Hewlett Packard, Agilent and Keysight. The 16493C can also be used with Keithley test fixtures, SMUs or electrometers that use three-lug triax connectors.
    We have four of these cables on hand. Each is clean and in good working condtion.
