Ships in a sturdy box and secured with quality packing materials.  We never ship using things we find laying around the house or office.  We may recycle one of the manufacturer boxes we receive, but the interior packing materials are always bought from supply companies.

We do our best to check each item before it ships out for external damage to the collectable outer box/package.  While we do our best to send out items without major denting, warping, loose figure inside, etc, please know we cannot control how a manufacturer makes or fabricates their outer package/box.
Every item shipped out is in the most mint condition we feel is satisfactory (and as long time sellers, we are picky so it's a good bet you will be happy).  If damage occurs (hope it does not) it is always caused by the delivery company during transit.  If a package is sold listed as "dented" "imperfect" it means we pulled those aside to offer them.  If we do not note that, you are being shipped a near perfect item.
Please know if an item arrives damaged, please know we did not ship it that way.  Please contact us directly to work out a solution.  We work with everybody.
Preordered items are guaranteed to ship, in the event an item cannot be fulfilled, a full 100% refund will be provided.
If you change your mind on a preorder, please know we are understanding and easy to work with so PLEASE contact us first to ask for a refund.  We won't be difficult or annoying, promise!
Video games, music, movies that are opened and defective are eligible for a replacement.  Just document to us what the issue is and we will discuss what to do in terms of refunds and replacement.
If you email us to discuss a problem, issue, concern or just want to ask questions please give us until the end of day to get back to you.  We promise to respond as quickly as we can but some days we are busy shipping and expediting orders and we can't respond right away.  We do care, so know we will respond asap.
