Japanese Samurai Armor Kabuto Yoroi Antique + Armor Box 1900s Menpo Kamon Crest

Up for auction is a terrific and VERY early modern iron set of modern Samurai Kabuto / armor - This set is a bit older than the modern sets I usually have in my collection, very late 1800s to early 1900s. Has a nice age to it. The emblem is a kamon emblem with the theme "maruni chigai takanoha", which is the crossing pair of hawk feathers in a circle. Part of the animal motif theme.  Roughly 55 inches when constructed give or take a bit. I'm 6'0 and this all fits somewhat, but could be a little bigger. 5’8 is probably perfect. Better as a display piece.
Heavy and extremely well made. Responds to magnets - The box is quite heavy as it is of high quality make. Please see photos for additional details. This ships following day and will be professionally packed. Includes everything you see pictured.
