The Keysight 85133E is a 97 cm (38 in) long

Insertion loss is 0.446 + 0.017F + 0.456√F for the test port connector and 4.52 dB at maximum frequency for the device connector. Phase stability of semi-rigid/flexible cables is specified with a 90 degree bend using a 2.5 inch radius. Stability
