HD packaging & Shipping Instructions:
Mechanical, Non-SSD hard drives are prone to damage from mechanical impact.  Please wrap them well in anti-static bubble wrap or using the original manufacture hard drive packaging.  Customers having challenge in taking the hard drives out of the computer can send in their laptop/desktop.  However, care should be taken to ensure the computer and package can endure rough handling during the shipping.  Customers are also advised to insure the package to its proper value. The item will typically be shipped back in the same packaging with the same shipping method and insurance value. With large heavy computers, additional return shipping cost and insurance beyond this listing price will be collected from the customer.
Transfer of Recovered Data:
The easiest way is to send a second good hard drive (internal or external) large enough to contain the recovered data.  Loaner hard drive ( extra) and FTP transfer (0 extra) can be arranged but is not recommended.

initiate the service.  We will send instructions and address for sending in the drives.  eBay will not allow seller to send contact information before an order is in place.
If recovery is successful, data recovery cost will be as listed above and will be collected before return shipping. Payment will be collected through invoice.
If we cannot recover the data, we will send the drive back with no more charges, along with our finding and recommendation for 2nd tier data recovery service. The payment for this listing covers the return shipping.
