    Neenah Paper has been an industry leader in the creation, development, and improvement of heat transfer products.
    The LASER-ONE OPAQUE Dark Heat Transfer Paper is the best product of photo-quality prints on fabrics for laser printers and color copiers. This paper can die, kiss, or plotter cut and moved with tape.
    Tips and Tricks for the Best Result:
    Transfer paper is intended for use cotton, cotton blend fabrics, and synthetic fabrics.
    Print with laser printer ONLY.
    Apply to dark color fabrics or light color fabrics.
    DO NOT print using mirror image setting.
    Set printer quality to normal to photo image quality. Over saturating the toner could cause toner bleed.
    Do not wash the heat pressed item for 24 hours after application.
    Do not dry clean.
    Keep transfer paper in moisture resistant protective sleeve when not in use.

    PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
    1.
    Print image right reading.
    2.
    Trim away the unprinted areas of the transfer.
    PRE-TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:
    1.
    Prepare the surface by ensuring the surface is clean, dry and wrinkle free.
    TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:
    1.
    Peel the backer sheet off of the paper (LASER 1 OPAQUE® Heat Transfer Paper).
    2.
    Place the printed image on top of the garment with the image facing up (right reading to you).
    3.
    Completely cover the image with an ironing sheet.
    4.
    Cover the ironing sheet with a single layer of fabric.
    5.
    Press: 30 seconds at 350°F using medium pressure.
    6.
    Peel the ironing sheet off once cold in a smooth even motion.
    IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
    Printers and heat presses vary in accuracy. We have tested our products with numerous printers and presses with excellent results. Nonetheless, we recommend that you test the paper in your equipment to ensure the best results. Our Neenah Transfer Papers are not defective.

    Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method that you choose. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
    USPS carrier will deliver to PO Boxes, APO's/FPO Addresses, or US Territory addresses. Domestic & International shipments will be supplied a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. Shipments are processed once payment clears; shipped within 1-2 business days.
    We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, Fedex, DHL and US Postal Service.
    Returns
    We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables). You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.
    Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact.
    Paper returns that are not in original condition must include any and all used and unused sheets.
    Returns should be properly packaged for shipment back to our facility to avoid damage during transit. Returns damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will be deducted from the refund total.
