I think around 1930's Loetz or maybe Kralik? Art Glass Melon Vase Threaded Spider Green European around 4" tall/. Has a chip on the rim, you can see it in the 3rd picture
Lustrous iridescence on green glass;  You can see the artist's hand, drizzling the molten glass with fluid, rapid motions, creating the thread decoration. I am not sure of the maker, there are no factory or makers marks, my research points to the Loetz or maybe Kralik company. So no
