After Purchasing the Listing:
1. Write us a quick message that includes your name, eBay username, phone number, email address, full address to ship back to, and a brief description of what is wrong with the device.
2.
Please only send the motherboard
packaged carefully. Do not send the back housing or LCD and Digitizer as they can be damaged during shipping.
If you are not comfortable with disassembling the device feel free to send it and we will do it for an additional to cover disassembly labor, allocating storage space, and the increase in weight and size for shipping. If the screen is damaged during disassembly this can incur additional charges to replace it. Please contact us for more information.
3. You pay for shipping to us. Once the package is shipped, please send us the tracking number for the package along with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc..) so that we can follow up on its delivery.
4. Once the repair is completed, we will ship the item back safely to you. Return shipping on us!
5. If the device has a passcode, please send it to us so that we are able to test the device. The passcode can be written and sent with the device, or through eBay message.

Please keep in mind sometimes there is damage non visible, sometimes track pads are missing and you cant see them, or they fall when desoldering,
all depends how bad is the situation and how the damage was done, so that will be extra for extra repairs
