Only if we determine that we cannot unlock your device we will first ask if it’s OK to cancel the order. If you agree we will cancel the order and submit for a refund. Please be aware that a refund is only offered if we determine we can’t unlock it. Not if it isn't. If for some reason your device isn't unlocked after purchasing the service please message us and we will work on getting it unlocked. Only then if we determine it can’t be unlocked at that point will we process refund.

As a security practice we encourage buyers to take pictures of their devices prior to shipment so we have a report on the computer's condition before arrival. If the picture does not match the description upon arrival we will get in contact to inform you. We will also take a picture of the device before shipping back to a customer to ensure quality of condition.
