4) This service is for your board exchange and installation. You will need to mail your entire laptop to us (We will send you a shipping instruction via Email so that you can prepare a service form before sending in) and we will install the replacement logic board for you. In order to QUALIFY for this EXCHANGE SERVICE, your logic board must meet the followings:

There are no bends, no cracks, and no serious spilled damages on it.

The repair warranty will be 90 days from the date you receive your return laptop. If it's out of 90 days but within 180 days, you can still get your machine repaired again at 50% off. If the repair is out of 180 days, you have to pay full price to get it fixed again. Thanks for your understanding.
