Step 4: After receiving your unit, we will run diagnostics. This can take 1-3 business days. Then email you an estimate. Repairs times are determined on parts availabilty.
Our goal is to make this process as easy and least expensive for the owner as possible.
The diagnostic service costs (Ebay purchase) and the owner pays to ship the unit to us. If the cost to repair are too high or just decides not to go through with the repairs, then the owner of the item lets us know via Ebay messages that they don't want to pay for the repair and we ship the unit back to you at no costs (with signature confirmation)
Most repairs that do not require any major componet replacement ( example - screens, batteries, surface mounted chips, etc.) is a flat 9 fee. (Includes return shipping w/signature confirmation) We will email you an estimate for the owners approval.
If we determine that we cannot repair the unit, you do not pay anything and we will ship it back to the owner w/signature confirmation (no costs to you)
