This American punk rock band
The Misfits "Fiend Club" founded by Glenn Danzig 2012 Hardcore Punk Biker Black Stonewash Denim Vest Adult Unisex Size X-Large
is
in a gently used, good, previously owned condition. It shows minimal signs of use and wear. The outer and inner vest is clean with no stains or damage
and has been thoroughly machine steamed
. It has a slight frayed and distressed appearance, which adds character to it. The lighting of the camera's flash may make the vest appear as if it has discoloration, but it does not have any discoloration. The midnight black stonewash denim is slightly dark and slightly non-faded. The embroidered band name on the front and painted graphic print on the back are in good condition. The white painted back shows signs of slight semi-cracking, but no flaking.
The Misfits were formed in 1977 in Lodi, New Jersey, by Glenn Danzig
who had previous experience performing in local bands. He named his new group after actress Marilyn Monroe's final film, 'The Misfits (1961)'. The
skeletal figure inspired by a poster for the 1946 film serial 'The Crimson Ghost' became a mascot for the band. I
ts skull image would serve as the Misfits' logo for the rest of their career. The band also launched a fan club named the "Fiend Club"
which Danzig operated in a do it yourself
fashion from his mother's basement in Lodi
.
Overall, this rare denim short sleeve jacket is in a good used condition and still has potential for use and wear. Don't let this reasonably priced hard to find the Misfits Fiend Club denim vest get away.
