This is being listed as "used" condition, but there is no indication that it has ever been used or mounted. Paperwork with mounting instructions seen in photos will be included. There is no original box and the six mounting screws are not included. Mounting screws are available from Moen or your local hardware store. Mounting holes are 16" on center to catch wall studs.
