Pacific Yew Live Edge Bowl! ~ Dovecote Woodworking ~ (365)

Description

A beautiful hand turned bowl made from fire salvaged Oregon Pacific Yew wood!  This is a natural edge bowl, so the outside of the log is the rim of the bowl. About 5 3/4" long, 4 1/2" wide, and 2 3/4" tall at highest part.
Weighs just under 4 ounces.
I used a durable clear gloss polyurethane for the finish. This finish holds up extremely well over time and looks and feels great!  Has a great shine too.
I take a lot of pride in my work, and no shortcuts are taken in any part of the creation process.
Hand made at our family shop, Dovecote Woodworking in Estacada Oregon.
