Red Laser Copier Diode With Heat Sink
This is from a Sharp copier model AL-800
The copier was working fine except a print quality issue.
SO! It has been dismantled for parts.
I did test laser diode with a very low voltage and a current limit resistor.
I only brought the voltage up enough to see a red laser line projected out the front.
Hey I quit while I was ahead and knew it does work and was not about to push the limits.
So I have no spec;s on output.
OH! I did put a small lens, from the copier I am also including ( not shown ).
It may not be the one for the laser, still it is free!
Removal of the laser was not a pretty site to see, so mount tabs are a bit bent!
