    This is Japanese Bizen ware(Bizen yaki 備前焼)
    Samurai warrior helmet 'Yoroi Kabuto' made by Yukei Kimura in 1970's.
    There are some  'Kiln damage' (
    Kiln damage refers to the scratches that occur when pottery is fired in a kiln.)
    Size:Approx. H28cm(11in)  W26cm(10in)
    Bizen ware is the oldest of the "Six Old Kilns of Japan".
    The Inbe area of Bizen City, Okayama prefecture is the representative production area,
    and is characterized by firing at high temperatures without glaze or painting.
