Signed Loetz Phanomen Tricolor Genre 299 Vase circa 1900

Described to me as:  ".... a
Loetz Phanomen Genre 299 Vase.
This dekor or decoration
was called
Tricolor by Loetz and was developed in the year1900 and examples are
almost always signed.
The shape of the vase was designed in 1898,
Production #7465.
This particular shape was also produced later in
1900, production Neu 95.
Company production records indicate that the
Tricolor was in fact made under this later production number, so I can
say w/ a fairly high degree of certainty that this vase was made in the
year 1900.
Certainly made no later than 1904 based on the signature.
This vase should be 10" High, and the shape is well documented in the
book "Loetz 1900" by Neuwirth in a different decoration."
Vase was at auction in 2002 but did not bid to the reserve.
