SimpliPhi Wall Mount Bracket
The SimpliPhi Power Mounting Brackets (sold separately) are designed to secure one PHI 3.8 or PHI 2.9 Battery to a load bearing surface. The PHI 3.8 and PHI 2.9 Batteries can be mounted in practically any orientation (terminals up or on any side), with no impact to the performance of the PHI Battery. Do not install them upside down. The brackets can be mounted directly to a wall or can be arranged on strut channels for ease of positioning (mounting hardware not included). A qualified installer should be familiar with accomplishing this with the appropriate load bearing requirements.
For ease of measuring, arranging and mounting your PHI 3.8 or PHI 2.9 Battery array, a drawing of the PHI 3.8 and 2.9 Battery Mounting Brackets with dimensions is provided in the images.
During mechanical testing, individual PHI 3.8 and PHI 2.9 Mounting Brackets were exposed to 200 pounds each of downward pressure along the bracket’s outer edge. During this test, a deflection of approximately 30 thousandths of an inch was measured. Bracket sets are designed to hold one PHI 3.8 Module with a weight of 78.24 pounds or one PHI 2.9 Module with a weight of 61.06 pounds.
Exchanges or Returns
Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item to receive a return authorization (RA). Items returned to us without receiving a return authorization will be returned to you at your expense. We accept exchanges and returns for unopened items or damaged/defective products within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  A 20% restocking fee may apply to multiple quantity returns or large ticket items. A 20% restocking fee
will
apply for all products that ship freight. Exchanges and returns are not accepted after 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Unopened Products
To make an exchange or return for an unopened product, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization. If the exchanged or returned product is unopened with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and/or shrink wrap, you will be responsible for return shipping.  If the product was sold with free shipping, shipping charges to deliver the item will be deducted from the refund amount.  A refund to your method of payment will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return minus any applicable shipping charges.
Damaged/Defective Products
To make an exchange or return for a damaged/defective product, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization. If the product is returned for being damaged/defective, we will provide a return shipping label for domestic shipping costs.  If we test and confirm the product is damaged/defective and receive the product along with all original accessories, manuals, and packing, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the product, plus domestic shipping charges, if any, assessed at the time of purchase. International shipping charges, if any, will not be reimbursed.  A refund to your method of payment will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return. If we test and confirm the product is in full working order, a refund will not be provided and you will be responsible for providing a return shipping label to have the product returned to you.
