HANDLING TIME: Thanks to eBay's new 'managed payment' system, handling time for all orders is now FIVE business days, meaning up to five days before it goes to the Post Office.  I don't like it, you don't like it, but it is what it is.
I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  I now ship books inside the United States only.
POSTAGE COST:  Shipping cost on this book will be charged separately due to size and weight of volume.
In winter months (late November through February), adverse weather may cause delays in shipping.  I will do my best to advise you if this is happening or appears that it will happen while your order is in process.

RETURNS: My stated eBay policy is No Returns.  But if an item doesn't work for you, you can return it if you pay the postage and it's undamaged (still looks same as listing pictures).  If there is a fault with the item not mentioned in the listing, contact me for resolution.
