RETURNS POLICY
Q: What is the return policy?
A:
We have a full 30 day return policy! Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
Q: How do I ship the returned item back to you?
A:
When you contact us we will issue you a return label. Depending on the nature of your return the buyer may or may not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A:
Yes! On most items an exchange can be easily arranged. However, sometimes we will be out of stock and unable to exchange an item.

We do have a restocking fee of 20% in some cases such as: buyer changes mind, purchased wrong item, price difference, buyer refuses delivery, returned item is damaged or in different condition than shipped by us, or if the customer states item is defective, but is fully functional upon receiving.

Before purchasing an item please make sure that it is compatible with your system. We are only able to provide limited technical support on most items. We trust that the buyer understands what they are ordering and how to install/ use the item. International shipping will not be reimbursed. International customers assume all responsibility for custom and import fees.

Q: How long will shipping take?
A:
Items under 1 lb will be shipped USPS with a 2-3 day delivery. Items weighing 1- 9lbs will be shipped using SurePost with a delivery time of 4-5 days. UPS will deliver anything over 10lbs with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. Exceptionally large items may need to be shipped using a freight shipping service. Shipping times for these extremely heavy/ large items will vary. International orders may use different shipping methods and have different shipping durations.
