Vintage Foley Items--Steel Food Mill PLUS Aluminum Rolling Biscuit/Cookie Cutter

These two vintage Foley items include:
A rolling aluminum biscuit cutter.  Note: One of the black handles has residue or abrasion on it (did not readily rub off) See photo #5 close up.  It does not affect the movement of the cutter.
Foley Food Mill - Ricer/ Strainer/ Masher with wood handle and crank knob.  The hand crank works fine though it is kind of noisy! (this may be normal noise or it may need a lubricant??)    There is some patina wear as well.
It has this inscription on the blade:   To Clean:  Remove Thumb Screw. Lift out Masher.  Foley Food Mill MPLS- Pat 1921936
