Vintage Primitive Rustic Reproduction Decor Iron & Wood Farm Hay Barn Pulley

My guess is that this is just a decor item not a truly functional pulley. It looks too nice and unused. I really think it is more of a decorative item for a rustic decor rather than a true tool. Therefore, I am not selling it as a tool. It measures 11 inches tall by 4 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches deep.  In good condition but please review the high definition pictures carefully for more condition detail.
