    Vintage Solid Silver Articulated Fish Havdala Besamim Spice Box

    Offered for your consideration is this very lovely
    Vintage Solid Silver Articulated Fish Spice Box
    , or Havdala Besamim Spice Snuff Box. The Fish has gemstone set cobalt blue eyes. Hinged mouth opens and closes to hold scented spices. It stands on fin shaped feet and hallmarked "800" to indicate .800 purity solid silver. Perhaps Spanish hallmark, but many countries use this type of 800 hallmarks so we can not tell for sure.

    Very Good Estate Condition
    with minor sign of light use, some surface scratches and  few dimple-like micro dents commensurate with age. Please refer the detail photos I added.
