    Description

    This is a top from a vintage shipping container that moved from Chicago to West Point, Nebraska.  The actual container is long gone but the neat wood  lid with great character survived.   The lid is 17" in diameter and 5/16" thick.  It is quite sturdy but there is some chipping along the edges.  I included some pictures for ideas for its use - either a serving tray or a clock face.  Shipped between two pieces of heavy stock.
